By using Just Forwarded you agree to these terms. Plain English; if anything's unclear, ask.
Just Forwarded lets you publish markdown files to a public URL. We try to keep it running and your data intact, but we offer it AS-IS during beta — no SLA, no uptime guarantee. We may change features, pause the service, or shut it down with reasonable notice. We will not delete your data without giving you a way to export it first.
You own everything you publish. By using the service you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and render your content for the purpose of providing Just Forwarded — and nothing more. We do not use your content for training, advertising, or anything else outside operating the service. The license ends when you delete the content or the account.
Share URLs are public. Anyone with the URL can read the content. We add noindex headers so search engines should not index them by default, but we cannot guarantee no third party will cache or scrape a share you've sent out. Treat the URL like an unlisted document, not a private one — until password protection ships.
Free during beta. If we move to a paid model later, current shares stay accessible and you'll get advance notice; we will not lock you out of your data over pricing.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of Just Forwarded. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months — which is currently zero.
You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate yours for the reasons above. On termination, your shares stop resolving immediately; we hard-delete account data within 7 days unless required to retain by law.
If we change these terms materially we'll bump the date at the top. Continued use after changes counts as acceptance.
